1. General Information

This document governs the terms and conditions of use of the website designfattobene.it (hereinafter, the "Site"), an e-commerce platform specialized in the online sale of vintage furniture, operated by DesignFattoBene (hereinafter, the "Seller").

Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products, imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Purpose

The Site allows users to:

• view and browse a catalog of vintage furniture;
• purchase available products through distance selling contracts;
• obtain information about products, prices, shipping, and commercial policies.

3. Users

The purchase of products is only allowed to users who are of legal age and have legal capacity under Italian law. The user guarantees that the data provided during the purchase process is truthful, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Product Characteristics

The furniture sold on DesignFattoBene are vintage items, therefore they may show signs of wear, imperfections, or differences compared to new products.

Descriptions, photographs, and product sheets are for illustrative purposes. Any differences in color, size, or detail due to lighting, display, or craftsmanship do not constitute a lack of conformity.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and, unless otherwise indicated, include VAT.

Shipping costs and any additional charges are indicated separately before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the prices applied will be those displayed at the time of the order.

6. Purchase Process

To place an order, the user must:

• select the desired product;
• add it to the cart;
• fill in the required data;
• choose the payment method;
• confirm the order.

Order confirmation constitutes a contractual proposal. The sales contract is considered concluded only upon the Seller's order confirmation via email.

7. Payments

The Site accepts the payment methods indicated during the checkout process.

The Seller does not store or have access to complete payment data, which is managed directly by payment service providers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made to the address indicated by the user at the time of order.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, product availability, and the nature of the items (bulky or fragile furniture).

The Seller is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumer users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, except as provided by law.

To exercise withdrawal, the user must send written notice within the prescribed timeframe.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and where possible, in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the user, unless otherwise indicated.

10. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

In case of a product damaged during transport or not conforming to the order, the user must promptly notify the Seller, providing adequate documentation (e.g., photographs).

The Seller will provide, where applicable, replacement, refund, or other solutions in accordance with current regulations.

11. Legal Warranty

The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code, taking into account the vintage nature of the goods.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

• improper use of products;
• indirect or consequential damages;
• Site malfunctions due to technical causes not directly attributable to the Seller.

13. Intellectual Property

All Site content (texts, images, logos, graphics) is owned by DesignFattoBene or licensed and is protected by copyright laws.

Any reproduction, even partial, without written authorization is prohibited.

14. Privacy

The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with current regulations on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

For disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, if provided by law.
